PROCESSING

Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

 

USA SHIPPING

FLAT RATE USA shipping on all orders unless special offer code is provided.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard $50 flat rate on all orders worldwide.  

There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your Avenu pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer site credit for unworn items that are sent back within 15 days of receiving your order.  Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale no exceptions. 

 

To request an exchange for site credit, email contact@avenuboutique.com within 15 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line.  Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.

 

Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on www.avenuboutique.com.  Please allow up to 72 hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued. Return shipping is at customers’ expense.

Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Avenu reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email contact@avennuboutique.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #.  Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.  

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Avenu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
